ABOUT
My name is Zeva Tybel and I was born and raised in San Francisco, California. I identify as a queer Jewish bookworm Millennial, and am the proud parent of two incredible children. My kids and I live with our army of pets in Seattle, Washington.
I’ve been writing my whole life, and always wanted to write a novel, but could never seem to stick to a project. (I didn’t know it at the time, but this was probably a byproduct of my late-diagnosed ADHD.) As an adult, I found my home in poetry – tiny slices of a world that invite the reader in just long enough to leave them with something to think about, and give them the opportunity to fill the gaps in the story with their own understanding and connection.
I self-published my first book of poetry, Me As A Dream, in 2023, and am actively working on new projects. I also write a Substack newsletter that you can subscribe to here:
I look forward to having you along for the ride!
